We are an innovative research group with researchers, students, and Indigenous communities in Norway and Brazil. Over a span of 4 years (and beyond) we are carrying out critical legal and community-based participatory research to enhance our study programs and re-think and re-interpret water rights by bringing emotions into environmental law 📚

Tackling the water-related challenges of the 21st century requires a collaborative water governance model and better understanding the connections between water and people, and that is what we are here to do!
